Analyze user requirements and make the information systems automate the daily tasks or functions; also provide users and existing systems with technical support to satisfy user’s needs. Provide support to current and future information systems that are part of the different ERPs of all divisions; also support the departments’ trouble shooting, design and implement software requirements.

• Provide technical support by analyzing user’s requirement to identify their needs and give appropriate solutions.

• Give maintenance to existing systems, through the modification of source code, so systems do not suffer problems and adequate them to new user needs.

• Suggest new information tools through prototypes and research to automate functions.

• Quickly solve problems presented by divisions regarding existing applications, through problem analysis of misuse of modules or programming to satisfy divisions´ requirements.

• Install and activate new applications for divisions, through users training, to guarantee the use of the existing tools as well as provide them with new control tools as required.

• Participate in regional projects, through the standardization of procedures involved in the use and registration of information generated by the different divisions, facilitating the information flow, to guarantee the transparency in the data exchange between different operational centers.

• Perform other tasks as required such as study new tools to apply them in future applications.

• Implement product to production environment according with change management procedure

Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related

• 3 years experience

• Intermediate English

• .Net Framework at least version 4.6 (C#) .Net Core at least version 2.0

• Research techniques, methods and procedures

• Database management and design knowledge (SQL Server at least 2012)

• Current operative systems knowledge and management

• Existing applications management knowledge

• Network management basic knowledge

• Web Based technologies: JavaScript, CSS, Html, Internet Information Service (IIS)
