The IT Sr. Financial Analyst role will carry out several IT Financial Management tasks within Dole Shared Services Information Technology Centre located in Costa Rica, which provides services to support Dole Business IT Units worldwide.

The IT Sr. Financial Analyst must demonstrate passion for data, finance, and the ability to simplify complex technical information for a non-tech audience to join our team.

Additionally, this professional will be responsible for driving excellence in financial planning & analytics across Dole’s Information Technology Shared Services and Global Information Technology Group as well as having the ability to work in an ambiguous, high pace, and dynamic environment while showcasing high impact analytics that inform critical business decisions.

Requirements:

*Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or related career complemented.

*Intermediate English.

*3-5 years of experience

*Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint including using formulas, pivots, queries, etc., and building integrated financial presentations.

*Proven track record of performing quantitative & qualitative analysis, and ability to use analytics to support compelling storytelling *Professional certification (CPA, CFA, TBM, ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, etc.) and/or advanced degree is a plus.

*Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics & Visualization tools like Power BI, and PowerApps, is a plus.
