The Messaging and Collaboration (O365) Supervisor is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the service. The Supervisor is responsible for managing the team members as well as the request demand assigned to the group. Proper distribution of incidents, request, and assignment of resources to initiatives and project is also part of this position. Held frequently group and individual meetings are a requirement in order to maintain good communication between the team. Manage client relationship and maintain good relationship with other technology areas is a key objective to achieve.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Advanced English 4 years working experience in a Messaging and Collaboration team, knowledge of collaboration technologies
Technical Knowledge:
a. Modern Desktop management (we have M365 E3, M365 E5, Windows Enterprise E3).
b. Security Administration (advanced).
c. Messaging Administration (advanced)
d. Microsoft Teams Administration (advanced)
e. Identity and Access Administration (advanced)
f. IBM Domino Server Administration / Lotus Notes Administration knowledge (advanced)
g. O365 Reporting Tools Management
h. ITIL v3 or v4 knowledge
