The Accounts Payable Technician is an entry level shared service position reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor or Accounts Payable Manager. The position provides direct support for processing the day-to-day vendor invoices and payments.

• Perform two main types of transactions, so that invoices can be paid in a timely matter: Non PO: by using AIAP, BPMS, JDE (OG), PV release approval process tool for invoice approval routing and PO: by matching invoice against purchase order.

• Review statement invoices in JDE System to make sure that the client account is up date. This is performed comparing the statement received from the vendor against the JDE transactions booked, reviewing discrepancies and solving differences.

• Perform cross auditing of batch is performed by manually reviewing in each payment voucher the following information: Division, vendor, invoice, dates, amounts, currency and account number, in order to ensure that payment voucher was properly processed. • Review manually the following applications: Ariba, Concur, HP, Mainframe, SAP and One World, JDE to ensure that the interface applications are running correctly.

Requirements:

• University studies in Business Administration or Accounting.

• Advanced English Level.

• 2 years experience.
